Currently working with InSpiral, an unique raw/vegan lounge and music venue in London.

Zana is applying her experience as a raw food chef and her knowledge in the field of Naturopathic Nutrition to develop visionary, inspiring and nutritious food preparations. At the moment, she is co-creating a whole new line of raw food products and fermented foods to be soon served in the new menu at InSpiral.
